Ingredients:
Washed and prepared crunchy raw vegetables:
Beansprouts, Carrots, Spring Cabbage, White Cabbage
Red Cabbage, Red Pepper, Red Onion, Sweetcorn, Young Cauliflower Leaves, Cherry Tomato & Lettuce
Half a dozen Black Olives
Heaped teaspoon Vegan Mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
Dash of Water
Method:
Heat up a wok or pan with the Water, Soy Sauce and Vegan Mayonnaise
Add all the other ingredients except for the olives
Stir well, you are not cooking them, just heating them up
Add the olives and serve.
You can buy the pre-packed mixed salads and vegetable mixes that are already washed and chopped.
