Ingredients:
Coconut Oil
Potatoes
Mixed Salad
Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
Method:
Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into wedges or thin fries and place onto an oven tray, brush with a little Coconut Oil and place into hot oven until cooked and browned.
Place in a dish with mixed salad, squeeze the Lemon Juice over and serve.
You can leave their skin on.
