Ingredients:
1 washed and peeled Carrot
1/2 a washed and peeled Zucchini / Courgette
Left over Creamy Sweetcorn Soup – (Peas, Sweetcorn, Dried Seaweed, Coconut Milk and Water if desired)
Method:
Run the raw Zucchini / Courgette and Carrot through a spiralizer to make the noodles
Arrange in a dish – cut up if required
Pour the Creamy Sweetcorn Soup over the noodles and serve.
